Just moving in or purchased a new washer and dryer. We can connect those for you and test proper working condition. This service comes with dryer vent cleaning as well! Customer provides all connection hoses and cables.

Purchased a desk or other piece of furniture and the instructions are driving you mad, we can take over and assemble for you! However, due to the variety of furniture / complexity this is billed at an hourly rate

Need a shelves installed in a garage or pantry, or a modular closet system in your walk in closet, we can do that. Customer provides the hardware and we can install at an hourly rate.

We can install curtain rods or window blinds for you. Simply provide all of the hardware and confirm mounting location, we take care of the rest. We use proper wall anchors and mounting techniques to minimize damage when removing.

Need to change out locks, replace that broken door handle, upgrade to something easier to open when your hands are full, or just update the look of your home. We replace doorknobs interior and exterior along with deadbolts.

We repair drywall holes, punctures, tears, or any other type of damage in areas up to 6” in diameter. Services includes patching the hole, sanding, texture, and preparing the surface for paint.

$85 per area defined within a 6” diameter

We are happy to finish painting drywall repairs or touch up spots in the home. General area used so that we can be up front on pricing, we will bundle several small spots in the same room/color as a single charge. Customer provides paint, we supply everything else.

Older outlet plugs can cause fire hazards and simply be a pain to use. The same is true for old light or dimmer switches. We can replace those for you.
